Saxon Fayre
Sat 25th July 10.30am-5pm (church part ends at 4pm)
All Saints Kingston is one of three venues for the Saxon fayre this year with demonstrations and small animals outside on the South Lawn and performances and exhibits inside for children and adults including our own embroideries, RBKares “cloak of hope”, Flax embroidery from Ariadne’s thread, chess, Saxon Coronation workshops from “Story Storks”, historical dancing, music, crown making and clay table for children.
There will also be lots of activities in the ancient marketplace and memorial gardens including re-enactors, stalls, games, (more!) animals and a parade, fun for all.
We are looking for help volunteering on a children’s clay pot creation stall inside church or another stall in the marketplace promoting what we do at All Saints. If you would like to help for an hour or so, please email [email protected]
